Spas are a great way to separate yourself from the stress of day-to-day activities and even your vacation. There are numerous wonderful places to relax and rejuvenate yourself in the Smokies. Because of the demand, we recommend that you plan your spa day in advance (2–3 weeks ahead of your trip).

About You Salon & Day Spa

Indulge in a therapeutic massage solo or enjoy a couple’s side-by-side massage at About You Salon & Day Spa. Prenatal massages are also available. In addition to massages, About You also offers relaxing body wraps, facials, ear candle treatments, body scrubs, and monsoon or rain showers. They are an AVEDA Concept salon and spa, so they use all natural products for skincare.

Fox Place Salon & Spa

Decompress and unwind with one of Fox Place’s massages. They allow for a variety of customizable massage enhancements to their Swedish massages, such as neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue, shiatsu, trigger point therapy, prenatal, and hot stone and bamboo fusion. Pair a massage with a European steam facial! If you are looking for a couple’s spa experience, they offer massage services, couple’s massage and body wrap, hand and foot services, and the option of a facial and massage. Fox Place also works with area physicians and are medical massage certified.

The Spa at Oak Haven

Located in the Oak Haven Resort, The Spa has packages for groups, couples, and individuals. From massage and body treatment to skincare and facials, The Spa is sure to refresh your body and mind. The Spa at RiverStone

Take some time away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy one of the many spa services inside The Spa at RiverStone. Reduce pain associated with pregnancy with a pre/post-natal massage. St. Somewhere Spa

Taking a slice out of the Margaritaville attitude, St. Somewhere Spa will invite you to renew yourself with a massage, facial, or body treatment. Every spa treatment comes with a refreshing footbath. Savor an entire half-day with the Ultimate Retreat package, which includes a massage, facial, body treatment, manicure and pedicure, cosmetic application, and beverage. Lunch is included in the Ultimate Retreat package. You can also create your own custom package with a special rate when you choose more than three services.

The Spa at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort

If you want a spa treatment and have kids, this is an excellent location to consider. Plan a special mother and daughter spa day with the Pampered Pair Massage for Parent and Child, the Cotton Candy Creation Facial for teens, or The Fab Facial for kids ages 4–10. They even offer a “Petite Manicure” with polish for children ages four and under. Hours vary by season. Check their website for more details.
