Local Goat

The American restaurant, Local Goat is one of a select few eateries that focuses on fresh ingredients from regional farms and vendors, as well as craft beer, wine, and cocktails.

The cuisine is of the highest caliber, straight from the farm to your plate. The chef hand-cuts the beef after it is allowed to age for at least 28 days, never frozen.

Every morning, Local Goat bakes all of its bread, buns, and hamburger rolls on-site. Additionally, all of the food products are GMO-Free, Hormone-Free, and Antibiotic-Free. Because of this, everything that comes out of the kitchen is made from scratch.

The dining room is adorned with artwork produced entirely by local painters and mixed media artists.

Craft beer and other specialty beverages are the focus at Local Goat. Not only that, 22 of the 24 beers available on draft come from nearby and regional breweries.

For that fresh, delectable cocktail, skilled bartenders prepare the mixers and squeeze the juice every day.

If you enjoy a drink of wine, Local Goat has a sizable international wine selection that includes blush, red, and white wines from Italy, Argentina, New Zealand, and California.
