Known as being a pioneer of the moonshining tradition, William ‘Doc’ Collier traveled throughout the Smokies, delivering his craft to any customer in need of a stiff drink! Now, over one hundred years later, you can still get a taste of Doc’s specialty!

Enjoy free tastings in the old-fashioned country Mercantile Store, view historic equipment, and hear all about the history of Doc.

While visiting, you can also find the perfect addition to your coffee or milk: use their Tennessee Mud blend to add a little spice to your morning cup!
