The Luxurious Summit Manor Condominiums are located in Downtown Gatlinburg, in the Heart of the Great Smoky Mountains! Our location is a great perk, being within walking distance to almost everything Gatlinburg has to offer. Our prime location is close to the Gatlinburg Space Needle and close to the Ober Gatlinburg Tram, convenient for our guest who come to ski or our guests coming in simply for the beautiful views. It’s also a quick stroll to the Gatlinburg Convention Center, in which so many amazing events are held throughout the year. For our guests coming to explore the beautiful Smoky Mountains National Park, you will find our location spectacular. The proximity to the hiking trails and park entrance is undeniably convenient.

At our Summit Manor you will find luxurious, spacious, comfortable, two bedroom, two bath, full kitchen, washer and dryers units, and the condos are fully furnished to try to meet every guest’s expectations. To show our Southern hospitality, we offer free WiFi, for each of our condo guests. Summit Manor condo rental accommodations also include an outdoor heated pool (seasonal), hot tub access (seasonal), and covered porches or balconies, to make your stay even more relaxing.
