Any use of robotic, automatic, macro programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any entrant using such methods. Sponsor is not responsible for any injury or damage to participant, participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website.
- Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, or in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, technical failures or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the sponsor, corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, or terminate the sweepstakes, and select a winner from entries received prior to such action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
- In no event will Sponsor, its parent/affiliate entity, subsidiaries and related companies, advertising or promotion agencies, or any of the respective officers, directors, agents, employees, or representatives be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, whether direct or indirect, incident or consequential, or punitive damages arising out of entrant’s access to and use of the website, or downloading from and/or printing material downloaded from said website, without limiting the foregoing, everything on this website is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
- In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of the entry. The authorized account holder is deemed the natural person who is assigned to the email address by internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses, or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder upon request of the Sponsor.

By participating, entrants and their participating entities agree to be bound by these official rules and the applicable laws. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants, sponsor, or sweepstakes entity.
