The Hurricane Fleet

Since 1948, The Hurricane Fleet has operated a fishing fleet along the coastlines of North and South Carolina. When Frank and Mary Juel, the original owners of the Hurricane Restaurant, realized they needed a fishing boat to serve the restaurant’s customers, Hurricane Fleet was born.

One of the most modern fleets on the Atlantic Coast is the Hurricane Fleet. Providing fishing charters in both North and South Carolina.

Whether from the air-conditioned comfort of their luxury charter boats. Or the authentic fishing experience in their sport fishing boats. Either way, all boasts are skippered by experienced captains and crews.

The first company to provide dolphin cruises into the Atlantic Ocean. After discussing the idea before launching it in the early 1990s while using their shrimp boat. With this adventure, you can not only see dolphins but learn about the ocean.

This adventure became even more popular since we added a naturalist onboard. They empty a barrel of sea creatures onto the deck for the entire family to get close to. There is no other interactive immersion like it!
