In 1986, Marble Slab became the first ice cream shop to combine mix-in toppings into ice cream using a frozen granite slab.
Our process is simple.
Step 1: Our ice creams are made using dairy from local farms and the freshest ingredients including flavorings from all over the globe.
Step 2: Each batch of ice cream produced by Marble Slab Creamery is freshly made in small batches so none of it goes to waste.
Step 3: The rest is up to you. Your selected fruits, nuts, and candies; referred to as Marble Slab Creamery “mixins,” will be expertly incorporated with the ice cream after we scoop it onto a frozen marble slab. Then you can pile it high on the fresh hand-rolled waffle cone of your choosing.
You end up with an original treat that is completely you.
