The first Flapjack’s Pancake House was opened in 2001. While on a hike in the woods, the vision came to Brent as he came across a welcoming cabin, smelling breakfast in the air. Because of this, Flapjack’s was born.
After opening, more followed as hungry hikers and mountain tourists made their way to our first log home. Like syrup on a pancake, word quickly spread. As a result, we added two additional of our now-famous cabins to Flapjack’s in Gatlinburg to welcome visitors.
Therefore, start your fun-filled Smoky Mountain Day with breakfast at Flapjack’s Pancake Cabin! Without a doubt, you will enjoy our made-from-scratch breakfasts including country ham, biscuits-and-gravy, and our guests’ favorite skillet breakfasts.
Afterward, 2012 saw the introduction of Sticky Bun Pancakes by Flapjack’s Pancake Cabin, our cinnamon-swirled pancakes with frosting on top. Following its introduction, these pancakes have grown to be the most popular.
Additionally, try our signature pancake dishes such as Reese’s Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip, Multi-Grain, and Nut! We also offer gluten-free pancakes and waffles.
